Nearly two decades of revenue built the same way, every time: one earned relationship at a time.
I’ve spent nearly two decades building businesses the same way I build relationships: with patience, trust, and an unwavering focus on the person in front of me. Consultative selling was never a technique I applied — it’s simply how I work. That approach has produced results other people can measure: over $30 million in annual sales volume, an 85% client conversion rate, and a client base that includes executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and high-net-worth individuals, earned one relationship at a time across five licensed markets.
Before any of that, I spent a decade in Division I athletics leadership at the University of Arizona, promoted three times to Program Director — running executive operations, recruiting logistics, and stakeholder management inside one of the country’s premier football programs. It’s where I learned that leadership isn’t a title. It’s what happens when people trust you to handle what matters.
More recently, that same instinct became AskMelissa — a way to formalize, for other professionals, something I’d already been doing by hand for twenty years.
I build trust quickly.
I simplify complex decisions.
I develop long-term relationships.
I consistently create measurable business growth.
I lead with integrity and accountability.
